This treatment is a very unique in the combination that is used, by mixing 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey in a container. After you put it in the container, mix them together well. By using a cotton swab or back of a spoon, dab it on any of your problem areas. Leave the treatment on for 20 minutes before washing it off with warm water. Honey has a high antibacterial property in it, which also softens your skin and opens up your pores. Cinnamon helps to bring blood to the surface of your skin to help clear your skin.

Toothpaste Spot Treatment

Toothpaste is something that everyone of us have sitting around our house, that can be used for more than just brushing your teeth. By using a cotton swab or q-tip, dab toothpaste on your needed outbreaks, and let dry over night before washing your face with warm water. This is a quick for any nasty pimples that will stop you from having an amazing day the next day. Baking soda helps to dry out your problem area and reduces inflammation.

Garlic & Nutmeg Spot Treatment

This garlic and nutmeg spot treatment works wonderfully, only if you are able to handle the constant smell of garlic. Cut up a clove of garlic into very small pieces, or by using a garlic crusher. Combine 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg with garlic in a small bowl. Simply add a small amount of water before you can mush it all together. Use a cotton swab to apply to your problem areas, and leave it on for 20 minutes before washing it off with warm water. Garlic has a high antibacterial property in it, and nutmeg kills infection, which also renews your skin.

Tea Tree Oil Treatment

This treatment has been used to help a lot of skin treatments like ring worm, eczema, and many others. It has a wonderful antibacterial property. By using a cotton swab, hold it onto your problems areas ideally overnight so it can have the most beneficial affect.

Aloe Face Mask

Before you apply the aloe face mask, wash your face properly and exfoliate to get all of the unwanted bacteria out of your pores. Apply a thin layer of aloe vera gel over your skin, and leave overnight. The reason why aloe vera is so good other than it’s properties for reducing bacteria, is it really helps to seal the skin off. If you exfoliate the skin and by using this mask, you’re allowing your skin to heal overnight without any unwanted substances entering.

Exercising is something that may hear often for many different reasons. Along with many others, exercising also helps acne. When you sweat, your body is releasing hormones that fight against bad stress hormones, like cortisol. If you can help combat that by exercising, you will help reduce the amount of times your skin breaks out.

Egg yolk face masks are really easy to prepare and are beneficial. Simply crack an egg and remove the egg yolk before whisking it up gently. After doing so, apply a layer onto your face and keep it on your face for 15 minutes, before removing it with warm water. Eggs contain high sulfur, which are used to break down blockages. This is a wonderful masks that will breakdown the buildup that is occurring within your pores.

First, make sure your skin is clean before you apply apple cider vinegar. With a cotton swab, gently dab the skin with apple cider vinegar, distributing it evenly. By applying this to your skin, it reduces the pH level, or your acidity level, to a more neutral level. Overall, this reduces the bacteria in your skin, allowing your skin to function normally. It also releases skin cells, by naturally exfoliating, and reducing blockages.

It is important to clean your face both morning and night with face wash, and rinsing with warm water. Even though washing your face is really important, do not wash your face more than two times a day.  Your skin has natural oils, so if you wash your face more than needed, you will take away it’s natural oils, to the point that it can’t replenish itself. Along with washing your face, it is important to not touch your face, because your hands hold so much bacteria that could cause more outbreaks.
